Turkish Airlines has unveiled its new Business Class cabin, dubbed “Crystal”, featuring direct aisle access and sliding doors for privacy at all seats. The cabin will have a 1-2-1 and staggered layout, with every second row in the middle section featuring “honeymoon” suites.
The seats feature 22-inch high-definition entertainment screens, a wireless charging port, and free Wi-Fi connectivity for all classes. This product was unveiled at the Farnborough International Airshow 2024.

The airline plans to retrofit the Boeing 777-300ER fleet with the new seats from 2025 and the new Airbus A350s from 2026. The airline owns 33 777 aircraft and they are on average nine years old.
The plan also includes introducing the new Business Class product on Airbus A350-1000s to be delivered in 2026, as part of Turkish’s recent Airbus aircraft order. For the time being, there are no plans to install this new product on existing Boeing 787-9s or Airbus A350-900s, as these aircraft have direct aisle access to all Business Class seats.
