UrbanLink Air Mobility announced the signing of an agreement with CRISALION Mobility for the pre-sale of 20 Integrity electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Both companies aim to revolutionize regional air transport through the introduction of advanced air mobility (AAM) solutions.
The Integrity eVTOL vehicle by CRISALION Mobility, which is still under development, is designed to carry up to five passengers and one pilot. Its versatility makes it ideal for both urban and intercity transportation of passengers and cargo.
Equipped with FlyFree technology, the Integrity maximizes passenger comfort at all stages of flight, providing a high-quality travel experience while significantly reducing emissions. With the integration of CRISALION Mobility’s eVTOLs into its fully electric fleet, UrbanLink will strengthen its operations in Europe, strategically focusing on the Spanish and Italian markets.
Ed Wegel, founder and chairman of UrbanLink Air Mobility, stated, «We are proud to partner with Crisalion, one of the best-funded and most expertly managed eVTOL manufacturers in Europe. The innovative design of the Integrity, which significantly reduces vibrations while optimizing range and speed, is truly impressive. We are excited to bring these aircraft to routes connecting Madrid, Milan, and other major European cities.»
UrbanLink is poised to become the first independent operator of fully electric AAM solutions and make history as the first airline in the U.S. to integrate eVTOL into its fleet. The agreement with CRISALION Mobility aligns with UrbanLink’s growth strategy, leveraging partnerships with leading industry figures to enhance connectivity, efficiency, and comfort while offering a fully integrated sustainable transport network by air, sea, and land.
Since its launch in April 2024, UrbanLink has rapidly expanded its fleet to include eVTOL aircraft, electric maritime vessels from Regent Craft and Artemis Technologies, and Orca drones from Traverse Aero. With this new agreement, CRISALION Mobility achieves a total of 145 pre-sold Integrity aircraft across four continents, cementing its position as one of the global leaders in air mobility.
Manuel Heredia, CEO of CRISALION Mobility, remarked, «It is an honor to welcome UrbanLink to the CRISALION family of partners. UrbanLink’s vision of becoming a fully electric and efficient transport operator aligns perfectly with our commitment to leading the future of mobility, driving innovation, quality, and sustainability.»
