Sky Cana announced sales of tickets to New York from Santo Domingo/Las Americas (SDQ) and Santiago de los Caballeros (STI), marketed by Air Century, is now available.
The flights will begin on December 15 and will be operated twice weekly with its Airbus A321s, for an offer of 1,760 seats per week between the two countries.
«We are very excited to start these operations in New York, to serve the hard-working Dominican community living in New York and nearby cities. We are grateful for the support of the announcement of the new flights from Santo Domingo and Santiago, connecting our people here and there, in their own language,» said Frank Diaz, CEO of Sky Cana.
Sky Cana reports that the flights can be purchased through the Air Century and Vaca.do websites.
These routes join the flights, operated by Sky Cana and marketed by Air Century, from Miami (MIA) to Santo Domingo/Las Americas (SDQ) with six weekly operations and three to Punta Cana (PUJ).
In addition, Air Century operates from Santo Domingo/Las Isabela (JBQ) to Aruba (AUA); Curaçao (CUR); Santiago de Cuba (SCU) and Havana (HAV) in Cuba; St. Maarten (SXM), Port-au-Prince (PAP) in Haiti. Sky Cana also operates several charter flights through travel agencies to Colombia and Venezuela.
